- Mary Oliver
Informed by one's body and mind, I help humans make sense of their experience in the world, their stories, and their innate power to heal from past wounds and change outdated narratives. First and foremost, I believe mental health therapy should include a trusting and safe relationship with the Psychotherapist.
I see clients with a range of concerns, from anxiety and depression, postpartum mood disorders, parental and family stress, eating disorders, alcohol issues, adjusting to life transitions and/or significant events, grief, and a range of trauma related disorders.
I use a variety of modalities, including Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and even a bit of spirituality, which may include astrology if interested. I primarily see adults individually, but can make space for children 12 and up, if they are ready for talk therapy.
